In these Official Rules, a “day” is defined as a calendar day based on Eastern Time. Attempts made by the same individual to earn more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple or false contact information, accounts or otherwise, in the opinion of Sponsor or Administrator, may result in disqualification of all related entries in the Contest and the individual will no longer be eligible to win a prize. Entries generated by script, Artificial Intelligence, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are void and may be disqualified. Entries that are in excess of the stated limit(s), incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Contest at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Those who do not follow all instructions, provide the required information in their entry form, or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor, in the opinion of Sponsor or Administrator, may be disqualified. Entries submitted by those who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void.
Entrants may not share an email address. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an entrant, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the registered account holder of the email address associated with the Entry for the domain associated with the submitted address, provided that person is eligible. Any potential winner may be required to show proof of being the registered account holder. Registered account holder is defined as the person assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses. In the event that a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who submitted an Entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected Entry will be deemed ineligible.
NOTE: You may access the Contest Website by using a web-enabled mobile device and scanning the code printed on marketing materials. You are not required to scan a code to participate and may go directly to the Contest Website to enter. Message and data rates may apply. Consult your wireless providers’ pricing plans. Not all mobile telephone providers carry the service necessary to participate in this Contest and/or obtain a Website link.
The Contest Parties are not responsible for technical difficulties of any kind, or for false, incorrect, changed, incomplete or illegible contact information.
- NO PURCHASE ENTRY: Purchase is not required and does not enhance a person’s chance of winning. To obtain a no purchase entry, send an email to ScoreWithQuaker@treetopmarketing.ca with the subject line “Score with Quaker Contest”. Your email should contain the following: (i) an original submission of no more than 50 words showing why you are the biggest FIFA World Cup™ fan; (ii) your full name; (iii) your email address; (iv) your province/territory, and postal code; (v) your telephone number; and (vi) your age (collectively, the “No Purchase Entry”). Limit one (1) No Purchase Entry per person per day. Your submission must include all information provided above to be a valid No Purchase Entry. - Ticket Prize Packs: There are a total of thirteen (13) Ticket Prize Pack prizes, each consisting of two (2) tickets to a FIFA World Cup 26™ match (each, a “Match”) in either Toronto, ON or Vancouver, BC, plus $1,500 CAD (to be awarded in the form of a cheque) (collectively, the “Ticket Prize Pack”). The approximate retail value of each Ticket Prize Pack is as provided in the following table. The odds of winning a Ticket Prize Pack depend on the number of eligible entries received for each Ticket Prize Pack Draw. Limit one (1) Ticket Prize Pack per person / household.
Additional Prize Conditions: Transportation, accommodations, parking, meals, gratuities, souvenirs, and all other expenses not specified herein are solely each winner’s responsibility. If a winner’s guest is a minor in their province or territory of residence, then the winner must be the guest’s parent or legal guardian and such minor guest must be accompanied by the winner at all times during the Match. Match is subject to change. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor if the Match is canceled, delayed, suspended or rescheduled. Winner will not receive compensation from Sponsor in the event of a Match delay, postponement, or cancellation. Prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions, including but not limited to terms regarding Match rescheduling or cancellation. Tickets awarded as prizes may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, given away, donated or otherwise conveyed, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification or prize forfeiture. Winner and their guest may be required to produce government-issued identification prior to entering the Match. Each winner and guest agree to comply with all relevant ticketing terms and conditions of use and regulations issued by FIFA and venue and even regulations in connection with the prize. The Sponsor, the Released Parties (defined in Rule 13), and/or the venue operators reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to a winner and/or guest who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the Match. The Released Parties will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, provincial, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their reasonable control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of, or the restriction on fans attending, the Match. Tickets will be provided to each winner via a mobile ticketing application and are subject to terms and conditions as stated thereon and provided via such mobile ticketing platform. Each winner will be required to provide a valid email address, download a mobile ticketing app to their mobile device, and present tickets at the stadium via mobile device. Data rates may apply. Each winner is solely responsible for any such wireless or data charges associated with such use, including the downloading and use of mobile ticketing app. Seating assignments at the Match are in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Each winner agrees that acceptance of the prize is done so entirely upon their own initiative, risk and responsibility.
